Who it is for

YouTube creators who work with other people's material: reaction, commentary, review, gaming, anime and music channels. English-speaking creators first.

A wave of copyright strikes can arrive in one day. YouTube Studio shows the strike, but not what happens if you wait, which option is safe, or how many days you have. Creators write counter notifications in a panic, or give up and lose the channel.

What it does

Chrome extension. Opens inside YouTube Studio, on the Content list filtered by Copyright and on a video's copyright details. No files to upload, no account access.
Each row is marked: Content ID claim or Copyright strike, claimant flagged in red when it is on the reported-claimants list, and days to the deadline.
Right-side panel for the selected case: what happens if you do nothing, your options (trim, dispute, counter notification, retraction request), and the deadlines.
Answer three questions (commentary ratio, transformation, license) and get an English draft of a Content ID dispute or a DMCA counter notification, plus an evidence checklist. You copy it and send it yourself.
The reported-claimants list is maintained by us from public reports (Remove Your Media LLC and others) and updated as new reports come in.
Read-only. Never submits anything to YouTube, never automates your account, never sees your password.
Not legal advice. A counter notification is a legal statement under penalty of perjury; the draft is a starting point for you or your lawyer.

FAQ

Do I have to give you access to my YouTube account?: No. The extension reads the YouTube Studio page you already have open. No password, no API access, no uploads.
Does it send the dispute or counter notification for me?: No, by design. It drafts the text and the evidence checklist. You paste it into YouTube's form and send it yourself.
Is this legal advice?: No. StrikeGuard organizes YouTube's public rules and your own answers into a draft. For a channel facing termination, or a claimant that files in volume, talk to a lawyer before sending a counter notification.
Is there a free trial?: Yes, 3 days from checkout. After that, $4.99 per month, billed automatically. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.
How do I cancel?: Any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your receipt email (Manage subscription). If that fails, one email to tomatonational@gmail.com. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds.
What does 'reported claimant' mean?: Public reports exist that the claimant filed in volume or that its filings were reversed. It is not a finding that any specific filing is wrong. Every entry links to its sources.
Is this an official YouTube tool?: No. StrikeGuard is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. YouTube and YouTube Studio are trademarks of Google LLC.
